Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

My rating is purely based upon our implementation experience for [...] project where we were able to implement ScienceLogic SL1 for more than 20 customers in eleven months which was a huge task for us.
We are using ScienceLogic SL1 as part of our offering called [...] which is an integrated platform with ScienceLogic SL1 and Servicenow. This offering caters our shared services and dedicated customer for there infra monitoring and ITSM. ScienceLogic SL1 helps us in monitoring infrastructure with real time event management for incident creation. Also, We use ScienceLogic SL1 to populate CMDB which in turn helps in change management process.

ScienceLogic SL1 well suited for event management for core infrastructure devices such as windows, Linux and Network devices and corresponding incident creation however for databases ScienceLogic SL1 is less appropriate based upon our experiences till now. ScienceLogic SL1 also good in discovering assets and populated CMDB however less appropriate for populating dependency mapping of assets.
