Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

Love to use Science logic tool as our first monitoring tool to provide services to the customer. Auto restart feature in Sl1 will allow us to get event when those crucial services has not started after server reboots and also minimize the P1's that we have as a result of that.
Science logic helps our company to provide services to the customers in more easier and relevant ways. We can easily monitor any sort of devices on it in a very unique way. The design scope of a use case can be the enterprise, a specific system or a subsystem. Use cases that are used to describe the business process are typically of scope “enterprise”.

Pros

  • It better monitors every single and smallest things for the devices like CPU utilization, Thresholds, Memories etc.
  • Auto-ticketing for the alerts is the best part of it.
  • It helps to build relationship between one parent and many child devices.

Cons

  • It should only alert for the device/server which is down, not for all the other devices attached to the same affected devices.
  • Tabs should be in more organized manner instead.
  • Nothing more.

Just because Science logic provides much more better enhancement and getting improved everyday. The autonomous integration and overall customization provided by the SL1 Platform is outstanding. In every sections be it in Monitoring or checking system logs and provide the best customer satisfaction. The service and support provided by Science logic team is the sword towards their success and that’s the main reason of their growth. Workflow Automation, Powerflow and AIOps management is the best parts of SL1 platform.

I would have experienced a lot many scenarios and found using Science logic, It makes our life easier to understand everything for the devices that are getting monitored there. we integrated ScienceLogic SL1 to streamline our IT operations. As much as I used the SL1 platform, its the best to go ahead with all the integration we have done so far, Quite smooth.

ScienceLogic SL1 Reliability

The reliability is quite brilliant in terms of customer satisfaction.
It manages all the performance data and tells us about the System uptime and availability percentage of the systems which is getting monitored in ScienceLogic.
In terms if ScienceLogic performance, I would strongly agree that this is one of the best monitoring platform and the page load is quite easy and never buffer and stucks.

Configuring ScienceLogic SL1

We don’t find the product’s configurability to be limited as it is quite fluent and easy and right for this type of produxt.
I would just recommend to follow up the ScienceLogic SL1 documentation for installation and Configuration practises.
Nothing extra stuffs are required.

A lot of Customization in user interfaces like changing themes, Dashboards designs in pie Chart etc Graphical views..
Have created a lot of Dynamic applications as per the requirement by our customers.

Using ScienceLogic SL1

2000 - Works on different service provision.
Networks team, Windows team, Even Database management teams too need their devices and data to be monitored and taken care and the best platform they could have asked for is Science logic SL1 Platform without any doubt.
All the different teams of my Organization who want their customers to be satisfied always go towards SL1 for their monitoring and other customer’s demand.
4 - To support Science logic, the first thing is if you have no idea what Science logic is, I would still say you can use SL1 at their best by just using the SL1 Training and support modules that they provide and these are so easy to understand and go ahead as a begineer to the Expert level.
If somebody wants to support ScienceLogic SL1 as a developer, then they must have a good knowledge of Python but that is way beyond as SL1 started a very low/No code strategy to go ahead.

The most important factor is that the ScienceLogic SL1 becoming the best AIOps platform to monitor and manage the data of a particular company according to the need.
The best part is that it integrates with almost all the best Incident management platforms available around the globe and its quite easy to use just because of its Litmus Training modules SL1 provides from begineer to Expert level.
I would definately go ahead with ScienceLogic SL1 as our monitoring platform just because of its quite comfortable and easy to use and manage view.
The best part what I personally liked about ScienceLogic SL1 is the customization they provide to their customers either it is Dynamic Application or Perfomance management or be it Reports management.

Yes we do have a Premium Support just because we have a very vast and big team and a lot number of customers we are supporting with more than half a million devices to monitor and manage.
Yes - We have been promoting a powerpack and has deleted one version wrongly and when We have informed the same to SL1 Support and the result is brilliant and we got a quick solution.
The ScienceLogic SL1 support is available all the time in every time zone to support their customer.
In my situation I have been supported in the evening around 5-7 pm IST.

Just because of all the quick services and support we have received and got all the clarification of our customer’s doubt..
Very Quick Responsive and helpfull vendor support we have been receiving since we started using ScienceLogic SL1.
I would say its quite an easy experience working along with Vendor even after the sales too, just because of the support and service model they follow is quite appreciable.

Yes - All went well and got a lot of support from the ScienceLogic vendor team.
