Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
ScreenConnect is used to allow me to remotely support all of my end users and servers without any issue whatsoever. It has replaced other solutions that did not fully allow me to provide support from anywhere in the world. The previous solution would allow support from inside the network only, but ScreenConnect allows for me to support my users anywhere and anytime.

- I have had issues with the iOS app.
- I think the minimum number of connections should be higher than 3.
- It has made support much easier and quicker even if I am out of the office.
ScreenConnect easily was superior and while there is a monthly cost it is always up to date.
