Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ScreenConnect is used to remotely access field computers and assist with general concerns/computer issues. It has also been used to collaborate with our marketing and sales team to meet pre-determined deadlines. We solve many of our frustrations with this program and being able to instantly see what the other party is viewing helps diagnose issues immensely.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Instantaneous remote access to as many computers as possible.
Collaborating with design projects.
Remote working in poor weather conditions.

Cons

Features on Mac seem inconstant/ hard to find as opposed to a PC.
Screen resolution does not always match by default.

Alternatives Considered

TeamViewer and Join.me

Screenconnect is just easy and works every time. TeamViewer is a bit more for personal use or something to collaborate for school projects in high school or college. This is an easy way to get things done and collaborate with the team. I prefer the graphic user interface on TeamViewer for Mac.

Likelihood to Recommend

ScreenConnect should and can be used for a variety of scenarios. Areas with a poor connection can be frustrating but this is the same as any other screen viewing program. It is a great way to instantly access team computers and diagnose issues fast and efficiently. I would recommend this program.
