Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I use ScreenConnect on a daily basis. I have a small IT company and most issues can be solved remotely. Using ScreenConnect saves time and money.

Pros

  • ScreenConnect is easy to use and can be used anywhere you have an internet connection.
  • ScreenConnect allows you to have several sessions open so that you can connect to your customers when they need you.
  • ScreenConnect allows you to reboot the remote machine and keep you connected.

Cons

  • Everything is really easy to use. I can't think of anything missing.
  • Saves time by being able to remotely connect to clients
  • This can be set up ahead of time so that there isn't a delay in the customer being helped.
  • Saves money by not having to drive onsite to the customer to solve their issue.
ScreenConnect is easier to use and more affordable.
ScreenConnect is great and easy to use. You can have several sessions open and use them only when you need to. You can also have several sessions open at the same time. I would recommend this product for any small or large business.
