Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
Our service technicians use it to connect to client machines in the course of daily work.
- Speed of connections is very good. We've used several other remote connection services over the years and this is by far the fastest.
- The service is frequently down (we are using the hosted version). So much so that we have considered moving it in-house.
- None at this time. It's being used as a backup to our primary service.
LogMeIn is more reliable in regard to up time. ScreenConnect is faster at making remote connections.
