Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Our service technicians use it to connect to client machines in the course of daily work.

Pros

  • Speed of connections is very good. We've used several other remote connection services over the years and this is by far the fastest.

Cons

  • The service is frequently down (we are using the hosted version). So much so that we have considered moving it in-house.
  • None at this time. It's being used as a backup to our primary service.
LogMeIn is more reliable in regard to up time. ScreenConnect is faster at making remote connections.
Well suited for service providers needing to remotely connect to client machines.
