Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Remote access to client systems. User doesn't have to be there.
  • Installs an agent for after hours access.
  • Quick email link for them to select.
  • Multiple monitor support is a plus.
  • Mac usage is spotty. Sometimes agent doesn't start in Safari. Chrome always downloads the plugin each time you connect.
  • Don't like printer pass through. Was able to disable it though.
  • More notice of updates.
  • Faster response time.
  • Easier for clients to connect us.
  • Less client input required to connect.
LogMeIn Rescue is too expensive and has more steps involved to connect.
