Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
We use Sendoso for customer engagement and advocacy. Whenever a customer participates in our advocacy program and redeems points for rewards, that is fulfilled through Sendoso. We also send customers swag and gifts as a thank you when they participate in projects with us like provided product feedback, testimonials, or case studies.
- The gift and swag options are good
- Setting up a send int he interface is easy
- Automated email updates about the send are valuable
- Their gift card policy. A gift card should not be considered a successful send unless it is redeemed. It is ridiculous that opening an email is defined as a gift card being redeemed.
- The interface isn't super intuitive. It's easy to set up a send but I find the overall look and feel of the platform to be a bit clunky and unpleasant to work in.
- Improved service in more regions outside North America.
