Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
We use Sendoso across our sales, marketing, and CS organizations. I help facilitate our marketing use case. The platform has been huge in helping out teams consolidate swag and gift sending to customers and prospects. It's great because it also helps our teams be less wasteful. Any left over swag can be inventoried and used by other teams OR can be saved for a future project. It's also enabled international gifting, making that much easier for our team. We use Sendoso as part of our customer marketing, HubSpot communities, solutions marketing, partner program, case study, and customer reference programs, and more.
Pros
- Enabling international gifting -- particularly gift cards.
- Local gifting -- the new Square integration allows us to give gifts local to the receiver's area.
- Custom gift bundles. I love working with their send curation team.
Cons
- Reporting could be more intuitive and integrate better with existing tools.
- Some of the admin UI could be more intuitive, particularly allocating funds to individuals. I'd love to be able to do it from the funds management AND the team management view vs. just one place.
- Team organization.
- Gift-card sending.
- Integration with HubSpot.
- The platform has enabled us to run coordinated sending plays for sales and CS teams.
- Consolidating marketing sending into one vendor.
We selected Sendoso because of the integrations they had with HubSpot, Amazon, Square, and more. And their ability to meet the needs of multiple teams in our organizations.
