Overall Satisfaction with ShoreTel

Need a clear call dailing plan. List of users, DIDs, etc. Also, make sure hunt groups and overflow, voice recordings etc are planned for
Shoretel is implemented as our phone and uc system.
  • Easy to configure
  • Easy to maintain
  • Easy for End Users
  • Integration into other apps, CRM, etc
  • Great improvment over old system as far as reliablity and dropped calls
  • Allows traveling employees to recieve voice mail as email attachements
  • Super easy to manage users
We looked at some cloud based hosted systems, but in the end, these would cost more over time than an on premise system.
Well suited for most organizations with over 20+ users. We do not have any remote users yet, but this solution would work well for remote/road warrior employees.
