SignNow is a great value for the money
Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
We use SignNow whenever we bring on a new client as if puts the signed agreement in one secure place. In the past, we'd have to send a pdf to the client, have them print it, sign it, scan, and then send it back. SignNow streamlines this whole process as well as keeping all agreements in one safe secure place.
Pros
- I found SignNow less expensive than some of the other apps out there.
- SignNow has an upgraded UX which makes it easier to navigate and add fields in the back end.
- SignNow makes it easy for the client on the signing side who has never used it before to figure out.
Cons
- They've upgraded their UX but still need a small bit more to go.
- Templates are something I use quite often but didn't have much guidance on how to set up the first one. I believe they've gotten a bit better, but still a small ways to go.
- If I remember correctly some clients say it hits their spam folder.
- Streamlines the agreement signing process.
- All agreements reside in one place for future reference.
- A cost that anyone can afford.
- Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign)
I liked EchoSign when I had signed up. I moved to SignNow (which was CudaSign when I signed up) and paid a lot less. It was inexpensive enough at the time where I could overlook the bad design since AdobeSign (then EchoSign) had a great interface. Fields were easier top place and line up. Now, SignNow seems to have caught up.
