Overall Satisfaction with Skype
Specific departments use Skype as a means to communicate with co-workers internally. But the entire company uses Skype to video chat with our internal offices for major and minor issues/meetings.
- Immediate response using the messenger feature. There is no lag and you are notified when people are even in the process of responding back.
- The interface is easy to manuever and get around. You can easily find what you are needing.
- The capability to turn different features off and on for multiple uses is great. You can turn off video but still have audio.
- Screen sharing is a difficult thing and I honestly haven't found a working function within Skype for this.
- The program needs more immediate help or alerts when there is something going on. Example being, if one person has audio but the other doesn't, having an alert pop up for both parties to be notified of the issue.
- I would like more options with accessing my previous MSN Messenger contacts. I lost several of those because several contacts didn't have Skype.
- It has allowed us to communicate immediately with our international co-workers.
- It give us a less distracting work environment, as there is less up and down and interrupting.
- It allows our company to offer better and quicker results to our rightsholders.
