Overall Satisfaction with Skype
Skype is heavily used by our nonprofit. We have program offices in ten countries so it is the most affordable option for all of our staff to communicate with each other.
- Allows country to country communication.
- Provides free and paid versions. (Skype Free and Skype for Business).
- Has messaging and calling features.
- Has ability to call multiple people at once.
- It doesn't have a voicemail service.
- It doesn't record past calls.
- Very positive. It has allowed our country program staff to talk to our headquarters staff more seamlessly and affordably.
- It has allowed us to communicate with partners in other countries and in other time zones.
Zoom is more of a meeting based service, as Skype seems more one on one.
