Slack is our central messaging tool internally to all users within our organization. We use Slack to create groups, channels and to share files. It is a central messaging tool to immediately contact someone within our organization. I use this app more than any other tool due to its versatility and capabilities.

- Sharing - file sharing and screenshots are available privately or in a group.
- Group messaging - group messages and channels help organize communication and keep everyone up to date.
- More app integrations.
- More custom emoji - it requires your organization to work to do this.
- Move sidebar - the sidebar cannot be adjusted.
- Slack allows quick answers to things and better team communication.
- Easy app integration.
Slack blows Skype out of the water. It is a new, quicker and more efficient instant messaging tool. The capabilities are continuously being updated and can be configured to protect your organization. Slack emojis bring color to your messages and help you feel closer to the person(s) you're speaking to.
