Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We use Slack as a whole to communicate service issues throughout the world and to track our Jira Service Desk tickets.
  • Through Slack you can collaborate within your terms very well.
  • You can use it to video call.
  • I do not think there are many cons to the product.
  • We receive a positive ROI.
I only used Teams for a short period of time but Slack is much more user friendly.
I am indifferent because I haven’t had to use Slack support for any reason.
