Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is used in my organization for internal communication. What is great about it, is that you can save files and share files through Slack without risking of them getting lost

  • find a better way to notify you on a new message , bolding the conversation does not help with urgent slacks.

I prefer Slack over Teams for example.
Slack is a bit more modern and easier to use

is well suited and designed for its purpose, i find it also quite creative adding emojis or gifs.
This small features add a lot to the fun element or building a bond with your teammates in an indirect way.

Where it is less suited is in the notifications part. Sometimes messages get "lost" or not visible enough.
Would be great if next to the bold letter it added for example a bubble with the number of texts you received
