Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack for internal communication and to collaborate on projects. Email is not a feasible long-term solution for collaboration. So, using Slack we build Channels based on projects and sub-projects and related people can work together within the same projects. In this way information are easy to retrieve and collaboration is fast and easy.
- Sharing of Video files. We can share explainer videos among colleagues easily.
- Direct communication is simple but well presented
- Easy to create channel for project. We can create any amount of channels
- I prefer the desktop app and don't really like the mobile app which requires better UI

- The negative impact is employees may spend too much time on the Slack mobile app
Slack is much easier to use with less stepp learning curves. Furthermore, most of the employees new and old already farmilair with Slack and so the transition is fast and easy. This will saves a lot of time for wide adoption. For the other products there is a learning curve for employees.
