Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack for business communication within the organization. It helps us organize how we want to reach out to teams, and individuals. Options to communicate with a group, one on one, make calls, push alerts, and make reminders are all great features we need in daily work life and Slack does a great job of supporting that. Integration with tools like GitHub, Jira, CircleCI, Google Calendar, etc. makes lives easy and systems effective.

Slack has great UI, high usability, and great integrations. I have not felt anything else even remotely closer to the quality of Slack.
