Acts as the main source of internal communication reducing emails.
Increased visibility to schedules across teams.
Allows for consistent communication across multiple verticals.

- Ability to focus communication to certain stakeholders while maintaining visibility to others.
- Forwarding of important messages to other stakeholders!
- Searching within multiple slack channels can sometimes be difficult. Pinning is helpful, but sometimes hard to follow.
- Is there an option to work on documentation together - that would be nice!
- Channel management sometimes is overwhelming a tough

- Ability to communicate in a multitude of ways (flexibility too add or forward comms)
- Document sharing
- Ability to see things in one place rather than getting a multitude of emails, reminders, etc.
- Increases awareness around change management internally
- Allows for quick reach to a multitude of individuals to problem solves quickly to increase client response time and satisfaction
Much easier to create and organize channels. Easy to see and be notified of different slacks coming in. Lots of integrations! Slack is my one-stop shop each morning to see what I have going on - monday.com, Zoom, Outlook Calendar, 15Five
