Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack for Business communications, we also use it for urgent announcements that way everyone from our Line of Business will be aware since we have our own channel depending on the Line of Business. We also have separate channels for every team that we have here in our company for announcements specific to one team. That way others that are not included in that team will not be confused.
Pros
- Slack has an amazing selections of Emojis, GIFs that we use as some kind of Joke sometimes depending on the topic.
- Slack also has an amazing User Interface since this tool doesn't give me eye strain even if I use it for my whole shift which is 9 hours.
- Slack also has the option to facilitate a huddle so if you want to call a specific person or a group and discuss something, you'll be able to discuss it to them by creating a huddle room which Slack has as an amazing feature.
Cons
- I would recommend to add more emojis and GIFs
- I recommend adding more advanced search options.
- I recommend adding a buzz option which would notify all members in that channel.
- I don't see anything bad with Slack. Everything is perfect for me, we just need to add more features that can make it even more exciting!
Slack is the best for me since Slack is secured. Slack is best for businesses when it comes to business related communications. Slack is the best since it's secured as I've mentioned it's impossible for hackers to compromise this tool. Everything is just perfect with Slack regarding business communication tool.
