Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Our organization is a global organization, so communication is key. With the help of Slack, it is very easy to communicate with our peers. We not only use chat features but also use screen sharing and calling. We have multiple channels to discuss different topics related to work. I feel that our lives have gotten better with Slack.

Cons
- I have used Slack for over 3 years now. The one thing I would like to the channel column. Sometimes, it feels very messy and confusing if you have multiple channels.
- Same goes with the DMs, the old DMs sometimes shows up on the top
- Unnecessary buttons added on the left of the screen. An option to customize it would be helpful
- There is no negative impact.
- Slack has made our life easy
- The fact, our organization is using Slack from the start shows that Slack is doing the right job.
In the team, we don't have thread options. Slack does offer thread options, and it is handy to use threads. Discord sometimes gets complicated for a non-techy, whereas Slack is a very easy-to-use platform. I still feel Google Meet and video calls are better and easier to use than Slack; if Slack can work on their meeting feature, that would be great.
