Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is used by my organization for day to day communication. We use it to collaborate among our colleagues and within our team. We also receive important updates and announcements related to work on Slack. It's a crucial part of my workflow everyday without which it is almost impossible to carry on the work.

I feel like it is a very well thought out and polished app. Almost all the features work very well to do what they're supposed to. There's not much room to improve at this stage because it is already very well executed. Especially the personalization features add an extra nice touch to it.
Slack is a more complete implementation of the above listed products. It is like an everything in one app, which has everything ranging from audio calls/video calls to messaging to automated workflows and documentation sharing functionality, as well as project management features which are really essential in a professional environment.

Slack is usually razor fast when it comes to notifying me of any new messages, it allows for organizing all the chats/channels according to our needs - ensuring greater personalization and ease of use. It also has some great sticker/emoji functionalities which help to keep the mood light among the team.
