Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack is primarily used for quick alignment on topics of concern Groups and channels help us quickly huddle as a group and get to the root of the issue we are solving in short time We also use the bookmarks for Slack access to imp docs and any files that need bookmarking

- Messages get lost
- Too many nested messages in some cases
- I cant copy paste with Slack on phones
- Quicker alignment time
- Quicker deliverable handover
- Faster resolution on any important issues
Teams has an edge over Slack as teams is also a meeting platform Copilot by teams is very well integrated tot eams making it super easy to use AI without extra steps and additional integrations Teams is also great with long messages / rewording messages and any vocabulary specific issues as copilot is one tool to rule it all. In Slack I need to download 10 different addons and pay more to get these services today
