Overall Satisfaction with Slack

It helps us communicate internally but it has cool features to make the conversations faster, light and etc. Also we can integrate it with other software and create workflows. We use it to have grous to debate different topics and keep track of projects. We dont normally use it for vídeo calls. We sometimes use the canvases and lists as well, such as automations.

Very friendly user.
I tried Teams before and it sucks, very complicated, Slack is easier, friendly and simple to navigate. Self explanatory.

It is a great tour for small and big companies. It helps us have a fun space to talk or share information, from simple to serious aspects.
