Overall Satisfaction with Slack

In a world of corporate all in one solutions, where businesses are insisting that all employees use Microsoft Teams, Slack is a sleek, fun, modern take on communication which when implemented right in a business, can bring a lot of engagement and life to communication which can otherwise become bland and sterile.

In my opinion, Slack is a very intuitive and user friendly platform that doesn't need a lot of customisation in order to make it a great experience to use. While it will take some time for new users to adjust from Teams, etc, it is user friendly and easy to learn, and it gets a lot of things right for people who care about how software feels to use.
In comparison to Teams, I think Slack is a much nicer platform to use. If your technology department allows you to integrate third party applications, it can work really well paired with zoom, sharepoint etc. I think for many mid sized businesses it can be a good fit to enhance your communications.

Slack is a great communications platform, it's 'Channels' feature is a much better approach to social communications than Team's 'Teams' function, and it pairs really nicely with it's management features and custom emote support. Slack also has some great features such as Canvas which can be used in a variety of ways such as for onboarding employees.
