SmartRecruiters is being used for job posting and applicant tracking across our entire organization by replacing an in-house system that had grown obsolete. In the first 4 months we saw a 300% increase our year over year applicant numbers. Integrating SmartRecruiters
No, we use SmartRecruiters as a standalone recruiting solution. - We have not integrated with an HR Suite but we have integrated with our Identity Management solution. This integration went well and has been an excellent way for us to manage our user provisioning and removal.
SmartRecruiters was chosen to replace an antiquated in-house built system that had aged out of compliance. As a global company we need to be able to protect all applicant's information according to the laws of their country of residence. SmartRecruiters allows us to outsource the data governance required and provide a much better user experience than we previously furnished.
We use Job Boards and background checks in our recruiting pipeline. We also developed a few API integrations of our own for in-house use. And utilized the open API to build our job posting interface on the website.
