Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet

This program is a great tool for project tracking, I use it everyday in my business.
  • Track progress
  • Helps with due dates
  • Setup is easy
  • Calculations are a bit complicated - to total a row it isn't simple if you do not know how
  • The help isn't the greatest
  • Adding graphs are a bit complicated
  • This has been a great tool for our agency
  • The cost of the product vs the other options this one fits the budget
  • The versatile nature of the product makes it simple for many types of users
I evaluate software on a regular basis but not formally for our company, this is required for my job once i have reviewed the features and benefits I will advise our company if it is something we should or should not purchase.
I have evaluated many software packages in the past but that has been a long time ago, recently I evaluated SYSPRO for my company. In the past I have evaluated Microsoft packages like excel, word, access, etc.
This is an easy to use powerful program, and I think its a good software equivalent for the money.

I have used this for tracking purchases, projects (software implementations), etc. and I find it best suited for project tracking. I am sure the template you choose is really what it's all about, but my choice is project tracking.
