Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
I have used Smartsheet at my last 2 jobs. It was used across a few different departments - marketing, product and sales. It was great to have everyone be able to collaborate and work together and track the projects that we were working on. Knowing the deadlines and being able to assign parts of projects was instrumental.
- Assigning parts of projects and tracking their accomplishments.
- Being able to view in Gantt chart to view the progress.
- Integration with other software that could be used around the company.
- More training.
- Saved time in having one place to check for progress of a project.
- Ability to link and comment on specific deliverables.
I liked Smartsheet for the ease of use and simplicity. Having a view in Gantt chart is great and very helpful. Being able to invite multiple people and have everyone collaborate was useful. It made my life as a manager of projects much much easier and saved me a lot of time when it came to presenting stuff to management.
