Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Explain how to use Splashtop's solution for remote access and support. By a department or a whole cultural cuisine by the book? What business issues are involved? Splashtop is used in our organization, in the IT department, and for some of the users who work remotely. We use it remotely without any problems.
- The interface is very simple
- Fast and stable
- It doesn't cause any problems.
- May be faster on local connections.
- VPN connection and MFA can be together.
- Old OS versions may have problems, but this is normal.
- Cheaper than team viewer
- You can support from wherever you are, you don't need to go.
- You can run users without a VPN license to the firewall.
In my opinion, security is the most important point in the Splashtop application. You cannot protect your system, which you open to the outside world, with just a password. For this reason, the best method is to use two-factor authentication. Each time a connection is established, additional processing is required, but this is important. Also, doing this from a different platform increases the security one more level. Nothing about privacy.
Within a minute, it is ready for secure, stable and fast connection. The application does what is expected of it.
Do you think Splashtop delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with Splashtop's feature set?
Did Splashtop live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of Splashtop go as expected?
Would you buy Splashtop again?
First of all, Splashtop is very suitable for working remotely because it is simple, there is no hassle or a process that requires support. If you are providing in-house or external services, I think it is very suitable for managing them. The point to note here is to know what you want, if it's easy, fast, and safe, Splashtop is fine.
