Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

Splashtop gives me the freedom to work from anywhere and from any device. They deliver high-performance remote desktop access, which does streaming at 4k flawlessly. I can remotely access my Windows computer and Mac computer from a single app that can be installed free of charge on any of my devices, including mobile devices.

I've called their support department because I had a question on one of their features. Very nice and capable people and my question was answered on the spot and they also showed me their knowledge base so I can be 100% self-sufficient. But great to know that they have a good support department that can be reached by phone or chat.
The encryption is, according to me, the same as other providers. But with Splashtop you do need to authenticate your account and devices. This makes the solution very secure and since they do this I guess that's the reason that they aren't being used by scammers. So it gives my company good credibility. I have enabled single sign on and MFA. But there are more layers of security that you can enable to further configure this to your company liking.
Very intuitive. I've signed up for a free trial and I've converted this trial to a paid version. So no time was wasted when I wanted to move forward with a paid subscription. What I like about Splashtop is that I can cancel my contract at any time. So no annoying cancellation window.
Yes - I've replaced Anydesk. With Anydesk I experienced too many outages and it's hard to impossible to get support. You need to submit 20-ish fields on a form and you never hear back from them.

It works for everyone who wants to access his/her computers wherever they are. I am replacing VPN with remote access from Splashtop. This allows my customers to leverage any of their preferred personal devices while increasing their security posture. I can't think of any scenarios where it's less appropriate, to be honest.

Super intuitive solution which is not used by scammers so I don't need to explain and worry about my companies credibility. I can easily and self-sufficiently scale up within my account without any intervention with the vendor. Next to this, I love their business practices. Open, honest and fair. If I need technical support, I can call them while I'm a small business.
I would always test each of the vendors support departments and look for the terms of service so that I can cancel my contract at any time.
