Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
It's being used across the whole organization. I use it to troubleshoot pc issues, add/remove software, add/remove printers and other support related issues. It's a huge time saver for me.
- remotely access a computer that uses multiple monitors and choose which monitor to view or view all monitors at once
- ability to click and drag files from one computer to another, even if those computers are running different operating systems
- deploy using group policy or email
- ability to switch between LAN and WAN connectivity
- difficult to connect to a AD Microsoft Account versus local or domain user
- Splashtop has allowed us to get by without adding more monthly costs on another solution
Splashtop solutions are built to give IT full control over securing the data while giving users the flexibility to access it from anywhere.
Very quick and easy to onboard. It can be used adhoc with remote user downloading an app or preinstall a streamer that allows unattended access.
