Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use it to access law firm H-drives, etc. remotely
- It is very user friendly.
- It is much more erliable than logmein, which I had used for years.
- It is less expensive than logmein.
- maybe better notification of why no connection if in fact no connection is available, eg. notification that inet at office is down as cause of us not being able to access.
- its reliability means i have one less thing to worry about.
- the connection is quicker and faster than logmein's....so access to case files is facilitated.
- Let's me have staff on Splashtop do things remotely.
To my knowledge, Splashtop is better than sufficient in all these areas.
My tech person set it up in minutes--I could have probably done it without his help but probably would have taken a bit longer.
Yes - Logmein. Logmein was harder to use, slower connecting and more expensive.
