Excellent Reasonably Priced Product for Remote Support
Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I like using Splashtop as it is a more cost effective way of remotely supporting my customers than TeamViewer. As a big fan of TeamViewer until now, I thought it was a great product but too expensive. I have given Splashtop a try and it is much more reasonably priced and just as effective. Thanks Splashtop for providing me with a better alternative, and one which helps keep my company overheads down, and saves a lot of time and money.
Pros
- Quick and easy access to remote computers
- Easy to use interface
- Useful tools built in to help customers quickly and easily.
- Competitively Priced
Cons
- Cannot think of any other feature I would need
- Cannot think of any other feature I would need
- Cannot think of any other feature I would need
- It has allowed me to be more efficient
- more productive
- save time and money on travelling to clients
- software pays for itself over time, and ROI is achieved faster than other remote software
I think it meets and exceeds my needs in terms of providing a safe and secure connection between me and my clients. The device verification and 2FA are industry standard methods of practice, so I'm confident that the connection is secure, and this also makes my clients (particularly business clients) confident that the connection and sessions are always secure throughout the support process.
Once I had the opportunity to try out Splashtop, I was able to get up and running very easily. Just a short download and install, then up and running with a few extra steps.
Yes - I was using Teamviewer free version, but they were denying me access and asking me to buy the product, so I knew I would have to make a large investment in TeamViewer or look around the market elsewhere for a similar or better product. Finding Splashtop was the best thing I did!
