Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop SOS
My organization has used Splashtop SOS for approx. 2 years. It is installed on all end-user computers. It is used for troubleshooting, application testing, and installs. It is used across our entire organization. Splashtop allows us to quickly fix issues that arise during business hours allowing our organization to have increase productivity.

- Sometimes unable to wake PC.
- We have to refresh computer list for current users on PC.

Splashtop ease of use is the best that I have experienced. It works for the needs of our organization. The implementation compared to other products I have tried is better. The added mobile device app is a plus. The ability to SOS into a machine that doesn't have the client installed is a lifesaver.
