Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it as an integration with Atera. It assists with connecting remotely to devices for the needs of remote support and assistance. It allows me to better support staff in various remote locations and provides as an alternate means of connecting to a endpoint when other our other solution doesn't work.

Less variations of apps, there Splashtop for business, personal, RMM, and enterprise, can be confusing
It's difficult to uninstall on a mac, a specialized script is needed
overall very good product

Support Rating

Haven't reached out to support often, but online chat seems pretty accessible. So far not many issues requiring support. Tool has been pretty reliable and easy to use. I've had discussions with Splashtop staff at a conference they seemed very friendly and helpful. If I reached out to support more often I would have more to say.

It's a great integration into Atera, it also provides a great SOS option to get staff connected if they don't have the agent installed. The quality of connection is usually very good and works better than others. Ability to adjust image quality based on internet speed is a huge feature for us.
