Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We currently use Splashtop for remote computer support. The IT department can remotely access a computer on the fly to assist with any issues.
Pros
- Automatic remote connection
- Basic updating tools when using One to Many
- Installs on Windows and Android OS
Cons
- Adding additional tools to support Windows Updates
- Faster connection at times in to a remote computer
- Allow more than one superadmin
- Pricing structure isn't clear
- Need an easier way to reach support like IM & Email
Currently Splashtop meets all security requirements we have in place.
Splashtop was already implemented here when I started. Somewhat easy to figure out and use as I came from another company using a competitor's software.
