Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We are primarily using Splashtop for remote access to out end users computers.
I know that Splashtop can do a lot more, but management is not willing to spend the money.

Pros

  • Remote Access

Cons

  • As we don't use Splashtop for anything else than remote access, I can't answer that question any better.
  • Easy support for remote users.
Have never contacted Splashtop.
Haven't looked at the security, but overall happy with the product.
Pretty easy to use, onboarding went well.

As earlier described, we only use Splashtop for remote access.
