Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
To support remote customers and clients allowing support to be offered at times that does not affect the customers everyday work. We can easily access the computers and undertake all the work needed and also support all the devices used by customers, including Windows, Mac OS and Linux. The ability to share our screens back to the customer is a great way to show customers how do do things for themselves.

Splashtop offers the best all round security. Customers love the idea that they can add thinks like codes that the support technician needs to enter if needed, and that they can even only use the remote access software as needed.
Also the locking of the computer on remote access means that the technician can access as a different user
