Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop on all company owned devices which is very helpful since we are spread across multiple locations. For us in IT Splashtop has made remote support and administration of our devices much easier. The remote support makes it much easier and faster to support our users. This has saved us in time to resolution and reduced frustration for the end user and IT support.
Pros
- Remote Support
- Determining if device is online
- Remotely viewing issues
- Seeing what the user is seeing
Cons
- Would be nice to have more computer information.
- Information like hard drive utilization, memory, etc.
- Much cheaper than some tools.
- Quicker time to resolve and gets users back to working faster.
Splashtop has consistently met our security and remote-access needs within ASCI’s IT environment. From an administrative standpoint, the platform offers a strong balance of accessibility and protection, which is essential when supporting remote users.
Device verification has been an especially valuable control. Any new system attempting to connect must be explicitly approved, which prevents unauthorized access and gives our team confidence that only trusted endpoints enter the environment.

Onboarding was extremely easy, and we did not need any assistance to get setup, a testament to how user friendly and easy to understand the product it.
