Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I can't remember how long I have been using Splashtop, probably 10 years or more. Best remote access product around. I use it for remote access to about 25 client computers (my elderly parents too) for tech support and troubleshooting. The connections are reliable and stable with very little latency. I even used it to troubleshoot a client's problem from a plane!

Security of the Splashtop connection is critical to me and my clients. I wouldn't use any system that doesn't 2-factor authentication and device verification. Over the years I seen a few malicious login attempts that all were blocked by the system.
It's been more than 10 years since I on-boarded so I really don't remember. That probably means it was really easy.
