Splashtop is an Excellent Product

We are a small computer and IT services company. Splashtop has been great for our business. It is used from computers, tablets and cell phones. We have many unattended access to assist customers during or after business hours. The dashboard is very helpful and informative. We receive alerts automatically when a virus is detected. It lets us know the status of Windows updates, hardware usage, event viewer logs, OS version, IP address for LAN and WAN and much, much more. We are very happy with this product and the company support.

We use unattended access most of the time. We setup and security code for each computer which makes it very secure. There have been no instances of any other person or company accessing our customer computers. When logging into our account, we have two factor authentication enabled to provide maximum security of our partner account and customers.

It was very easy. Once our account was setup, we added customers and downloaded the Splashtop app to our computers and mobile devices. Having access from mobile devices is very handy when on the road as a laptop or desktop may not be available. We see regular updates which enhances the features of this program. Splashtop is constantly adding new features without raising the price.
