Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I currently am the only user. It solved a problem I was having with another remote access program.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to transfer files
  • Notifies when the connection is poor
  • Easy to set up and user friendly

Cons

  • I can't think of anything that I think needs to be improved
  • I don't evaluate this on that level
I have never had to connect with someone to resolve any issues as far as I can remember.
I am very interested in the security of the connection and believe Splashtop's is satisfactory.
It was very user friendly and required minimal time.

I find it useful when I need to access our company system from wherever I happen to be using my laptop.
