Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

When a customer is having difficulty using our website, we use Splashtop Enterprise to quickly assess the problem and then help the customer to see how to correct it.
  • Splashtop Enterprise is easy for the customer to connect.
  • Splashtop Enterprise requires a minimum of bandwidth, when in use.
  • Splashtop Enterprise is well-priced compared to competing products.
  • Setting the privacy and security preferences on a Mac is a bit clunky, but with Apple security requirements there may not be a way to avoid this.

In our early use of Splashtop Enterprise, we had only one or maybe two instances where we contacted Splashtop support. Response was surprisingly prompt and the representive knew exactly what the answer to our question was.
Our impression of Splashtop is that it is fully secure and private. The device and two-factor authentication are intuitive and quick to use.
We started using Splashtop Enterprise the next day, after obtaining our trial license. Then we purchased the license within the week because it was clear Splashtop Enterprise was meeting all of the needs we had identified. Onboarding was a straightforward process of downloading installing and testing with a remote user.

When supporting online customers, Splashtop Enterprise is easy for them to use and an excellent way to help customers learn during the support call. Splashtop Enterprise takes a minimum of bandwidth so it doesn't interfere with the process and it is very competitively priced.

Using Splashtop

2 - We use Splashtop to assist customers in understanding how to create their account successfully and how to correct settings that are not giving them their desired results when they work with their accounts.
1 - Splashtop does not require regular support but one employee is one person on staff has extensive experience with multiple screen-sharing and computer support applications who answers any questions that might come up.

We had previously worked with another computer support solution and, after comparing, found Splashtop less expensive and easier to use for our support team and for our customers.
Thinking the transition to a better computer support system would be challenging, we delayed considering other options. Moving to Splashtop was uneventful, easy, and we would have been better served to make the move sooner.

Splashtop Reliability

Splashtop's license can be purchased for the number of concurrent users in our organization. Very convenient to change the license number as needed
In our experience, there has never been a service outage with Splashtop.
The computer-to-computer connection using Splashtop seems to be very efficient with no lag time in seeing what is occurring on the remote computer.
