Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Splashtop helps us manage and provide remote access and support to our estate of over 350 machines, a mix of users onsite and working from home. We also use Splashtop SOS to provide remote support to people with BYOD.

Splashtop seems very robust, the out of the box email verification for new sign ins is good and works well, web interface is clean and simple which makes it easy to verify and set appropriate permissions for users.
Very very easy to get running, it can be deployed using their package which is generated via their website, or by hand, and all centrally managed via the web portal or Splashtop business app can be used for day to day operations.
Yes - Splashtop replaced Logmein in our organisation, we were long time users of Logmein which was also a great product, but suffered from not being updated, and annual changes it licensing criteria, as well as increased costs, made it cost prohibitive for us to continue using it. When we approached Logmein they couldn't be less interested in retaining us as a customer. Splashtop I believe haven't increased their pricing to us in the 5+ years we've used it!
