Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop has been a robust and reliable desktop remote access program. We use it regularly to assist in running the streaming of our worship services. It is simple to use, easy to administer and has low lag time, which is important with the director of our service being off-site and connected through Splashtop. We have tried other solutions including VNC, Microsoft Remote Desktop, but none provided the ease and stability we need. We are very satisfied customers.

Cons
- We would like more than two people to be able to access the desktop at one time.
- While Splashtop does have a significant cost (over free options such as VNC), it is worth the investment.
We have found Splashtop's security to be both functional and sufficient for our needs.
It was quick to get up and running. No problems.
