Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

It is used by me and other lawyers for remote access - mainly for working from home.

Pros

  • I have found the support to be very responsive and helpful
  • It is simple to use.

Cons

  • Nothing really to suggest - it meets my needs just as it is.
  • Its cost benefit is very beneficial - as I only need to invest in one server.
I opened the chatbox ... and within 3 minutes someone was there to talk to me. It took a further couple of minutes to diagnose and solve my problem.
I am not an expert in this field - but security was a critical element of my decision to use Splashtop and not one of the free alternatives.
It took less than half an hour from beginning to end.
Yes - Teamviewer -it was much more expensive and anyway I think Splashtop provides a good if not better experience.

It is well suited for working from home. This review is being written from a hospital reception area while I wait for my partner to undergo some medical tests.
