Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
My Goodness! This is fairly priced and it works. We use it for all of our remote customers and for whatever need arises. It's quick-connect, has no fuss, and is quality. Smartly reconnects if the customer has a dodgy connection also. Super helpful and did I say it was fairly priced? I've used many MANY solutions but this is the one Splashtop Enterprise is the one I would pay for again. Stoked. Pandemic or not.... we can stay in business. An extremely important tool on our belt, at all times.

I haven't actually had to ask many questions of support. Very straightforward. That is positive to me.
I am happy with the way things are run and how the app functions. I feel safe to tell my clients to use it and they trust it too. It's secure yet simple to deploy, just what I like. I mean come on, you actually get what you pay for and that doesn't happen all the time.
It was an immediate registration and a no-wait experience. Fresh and clean.
Yes - Teamviewer was okay but Splashtop Enterprise was just RIGHT. Fits our needs without us having to do anything special!
