Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I support people at my own company and another company. Training and IT support are so much easier with a tool like Splashtop Enterprise. I can do everything remotely. This includes unattended support, which is nice -- someone doesn't have to be sitting in front of their computer for me to update it or transfer files. I also like the security and cross-platform support Splashtop Enterprise provides so I can help people from anywhere, from any device I'm using to any device they're using.

Cons
- Pricing can always be more competitive with other solutions, though it's already decent.
- The last time I used Splashtop Enterprise to see a client's iPhone, I couldn't control it; I could only see the screen. Hopefully, full control of iOS devices is implemented now, and I just haven't checked.
- There can always be improvements in speed and reduction of bandwidth used, but Splashtop Enterprise already does an excellent job with that.

- Nice to be able to connect to / control multiple types of devices from other devices. For example, I can control a MacOS desktop from my Android phone or Windows Desktop.
Splashtop Enterprise provides all the security features I need for remote access, training, and support. I've used device verification, 2-factor authentication, and industry-standard encryption from Splashtop Enterprise with no problems. Everything just works! Without these features, I wouldn't be comfortable connecting to computers for remote access, and my clients/coworkers feel safer knowing only I can connect to their systems.
Onboarding with Splashtop Enterprise's secure remote access and support solution is quick and easy. Purchasing on the Splashtop web site is quick, initial configuration is quick, and connecting to new devices is also quick and easy. The hardest part of setting up a remote support solution like Splashtop Enterprise is getting the software set up on remote computers before you access them with the software. Splashtop Enterprise makes that easy as well.
