Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Used across the whole organization to connect with my customers both locally and internationally to provide remote tech support to them. This saves me a great deal of time as most issues can be solved remotely. This saves time and resources as opposed to traveling to see them. Customers are happier because of a quick fix that can take seconds to solve instead of waiting for hours or days for me to attend.
- Saved me hundreds, if not thousands of pounds in travel costs and lost time.
- I don't get to see my customers so often, so it slightly loses the personal touch, but the positives far outstrip the negatives.

Love the 2FA, this is a major point for me. Love the device verification and especially the passwords needed to join an unattended session. I feel that my sessions are secure and this gives my customers peace of mind too.
Very quick onboarding and the sales team were great at checking in with me to see if things were going as planned. The extra month offered for free really sealed the deal for me.
Yes - TeamViewer - became cost-prohibitive and had to find an alternative solution.

For the price, I really can't fault it. It's far cheaper than some of the other products out there and whilst it doesn't look as glossy, it does the same!
