Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I have managed the clinic for over 14yrs. This last year we added another location. I have always used another vendor to access my office desktop from home. Splashtop was suggested to me by a trusted person so I switched. Besides being less expensive, it is so easy to use and access what I need, when I need it. Even though I am considered an 'in-office' employee, I end up logging in and working from home at least 3-4 times a week. I am able to log in easily and get working. I have really enjoyed using Splashtop.

  • it really does work seamlessly, as if I am in the office working
  • hmmmm, I really don't have any suggestions, IT WORKS!

  • by working from home when I can't go in I have been able to keep things going and not have any downtime.
I have only had to call once. I was able to get right into someone that could help me without being on hold forever.
I feel like it is extremely secure, yet doesn't make me jump through a bunch of hoops to log in.
I honestly can't remember how long it took but I think I was up and going the same day that I initiated the service.
Yes - logmein I had used logmein for years. It just kept getting more and more expensive. I would also have problems with connecting and staying connected. I have loved Splashtop!

I use Splashtop regularly to log into my office desktop and work from home. It is so easy to log in, I have two monitors I use both at home and at work. I am able to get set up quickly. It seemed that the last system I used to 'log in' to work often had login issues or was disconnected often. I have used Splashtop for almost 2 yrs now and have no problems with it. It is quite a bit less expensive than what I used before, and in my opinion, works better. I love it.
